  • Duty and Taxes: The customer is responsible for all custom fees, including taxes, brokerage fees and any other fees assessed at the border prior to delivery.  The carrier will collect these charges at the time of delivery.
  • Shipping: Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery, not including time for customs processing or holds.
  • Returns: The recipient will be fully responsible for all documentation, shipping charges and custom fees, including taxes, brokerage fees and any other fees assessed at the border with the return of the product.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for refund to be processed.
  • Refusals: If the recipient refuses delivery, all charges related to the return will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the customer's refund.

Returns

  • LABEL+thread accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise within 15 days of the delivery date.  This excludes items marked Final Sale.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned.
  • Please inspect the package immediately upon delivery. Any damage to the package or shipping discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours.
  • For returns, please email us at customerservice@labelandthread.com to obtain a return shipping label.
  • Returns will be refunded the original invoice amount, less $8 for shipping and handling.
  • Returned items must include all original packaging still intact.
  • Please allow 7-14 business days for processing of your return or exchange.
  • LABEL+thread only processes returns and exchanges purchased via the online store.
